I am Olga Kalganova – an HCPC Registered Dietitian, AfN Registered Nutritionist and Founder of Colgan Nutrition, my private dietetic practice. At Colgan Nutrition we aim to make evidence-based dietetic expertise available to individual patients, companies and population groups.
I graduated from King’s College London with BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics and trained as a Dietitian at the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust and King’s College London Hospital.
I am passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition advice and information to help patients make well-informed decisions when it comes to their diet and health. Well-balanced nutrition is the foundation of health. I work with patients to develop individually personalised nutrition plans to promote recovery and enhance physical resilience.
I offer nutritional services for patients on a remote basis (one-to-one video/telephone consultations), allowing you to have your appointment in the comfort of your own home. This allows patients to access private dietitian service without prolonged wait. I offer first-line nutritional advice for the following conditions:

In the UK, Dietitians train in medical schools alongside of the doctors, nurses and other allied healthcare professionals to apply the science of nutrition to medicine and to develop individualised dietary treatment plans. Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals who are trained and registered to provide dietary advice for medical conditions. Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals to be regulated by law and are governed by an ethical code of conduct to ensure to work to the highest standard.

“Olga, I think I did it. I weighed myself this morning and ’ve lost 14lbs while working with you. I am delighted, as I have never lost so much ever! The most I’ve ever lost is about 7lbs.
